Arinex organises large conferences, congresses and incentive programmes for associations, universities, government and corporate clients across Australia and New Zealand. It is headquartered in Sydney, with offices in Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Auckland and Wellington.
The current group was formed in July 2023, when Australian event-technology startup Joyn acquired Arinex, a professional conference organiser established in 1973. Joyn had started in 2018 as an internal platform for registration, live streaming and on-demand video for hybrid events, traded as Delegate Connect from 2020 and rebranded as Joyn in 2022.
After the deal the combined business took the Arinex Group name. Joyn's services business became Arinex Live, which handles virtual, hybrid and in-person event delivery and production, and its event platform was relaunched as Arinex One.
