Experimenting with AI

Frontier models and agents, most days. I used to write the code; now the robots do it for me. Lately I've been thinking about agent switching costs and open memory.

Investing

Angel cheques of up to $25k into idea-stage, pre-seed and seed startups, plus a handful of public companies. You can see the whole portfolio, or on one map. An AI notebook keeps track of what's happening across it.
