Nebius runs an AI cloud: data centres full of Nvidia GPUs, with the software AI labs and companies need to train and run models. It designs its own servers and racks, and operates sites in Finland, France, Iceland, Israel, the UK and the United States.
The group also owns Avride, which develops self-driving cars and delivery robots, TripleTen, an online tech education company, and a stake in data-labelling business Toloka.
Nebius was formed in 2024 from Yandex N.V., the Dutch parent of Russian internet company Yandex, after it sold all of its Russian businesses. Yandex co-founder Arkady Volozh leads it, and its shares resumed trading on the Nasdaq in October 2024.
