ServiceNow sells a cloud platform that large organisations use to run internal workflows. It started with IT service management (tracking tickets, incidents and changes) and has expanded into HR, customer service, security operations and finance.
Its Now Platform lets companies build their own workflow apps, and it now puts AI agents to work on routine requests across these areas.
Fred Luddy founded ServiceNow in 2004. It listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 2012, and Bill McDermott has been CEO since 2019.
